Ingredients

    * 1/2 cup Fiber One Complete Pankcake Mix

    * 1/3 cup Soy Slender Chocolate Soymilk

    * 1/4 cup Better n' Eggs egg substitute

    * 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

In a medium bowl blend pancake mix, and cinnamon. In a seperate bowl mix egg, and soymilk. Blend the dry mix with the wet mix until batter is thin.

*The batter will appear too thin. Do not be alarmed or add more mix! Pancakes will cook properly!!*

Spray a non-stick frying pan with non stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Pour batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles form and pop, then turn over with spatula. They should be golden brown in color when ready to serve. Makes approx. 3 pancakes.
