Ingredients

    3 cups milk, 1%
    1 370ml can evaporated milk, fat free

Directions

Pour milk and evaporated milk in saucepan.
Bring to boil, then remove and set aside to cool.
Once it has reached approx. 40C add yogurt starter and place in yogurt maked according to direction.
I left it for 6 hours and it was set.
