    Hard-Boiled Eggs (10 large)
    Light Mayo (4 Tbsp)
    Yellow Mustard (1 tsp)
    Paprika (1 1/2 tsp)


* Cut each egg in half
* Remove yolks from eggs and put in bowl
* Add mayo, mustard, and 1 tsp Paprika to yolks, mix well (remove as many lumps as possible)
* Scoop about 1 to 1 1/2 tsp of yolk mixture into each egg
* Top eggs with remaining Paprika
* Serve immediately or cover with saran wrap and store in fridge
(each serving is half a whole egg)
