Introduction

It's more like oatmeal than granola but it tastes great with yogurt or milk! I put it with low-fat vanilla yogurt and put blueberries and strawberries on top. Ingredients

    3 c. old fashioned oats (oatmeal)
    1 c. dried cranberries (craisins)
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice (optional)
    1 tsp. salt

    4 egg whites (beat well)
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1 tbsp vanilla

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine dry and liquid ingredients in separate bowls.
3. Stir all ingredients into 9x13 baking dish.
4. Bake for 50-55 minutes
5. Serve with milk, yogurt, or fruit.
