    2 lb roast (chuck)
    1/2 stick blue bonnet light
    1/4 cup Italian dressing (portmans)
    8 mushrooms whole
    3 red potatoes halved
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom
    3/4 cup water
    1 med. onion
    3 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper


Put roast into crock pot and cover with butter.

add dressing to the top of the roast.
add halved potatoes, and whole fresh mushrooms, onions and garlic.
top with salt and pepper, cream of mushroom and water

allow to cook for about 6 hours on high.
