Introduction
Loosely based on a crumble type dessert, only served cold! Loosely based on a crumble type dessert, only served cold!Number of Servings: 3
Ingredients

1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
1/2 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
4 tsp splenda brown sugar blend, divided
1 Tbsp light butter, (lurpak lighter)
Directions
Toss strawberries with 1 teaspoon of the splenda blend. Mix the blueberries in with the strawberries.
Stir together oats, rest of splenda blend and butter in separate bowl.
Sprinkle the oat mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet, stirring/shaking the sheet occasionally, until lightly browned, about 10 - 15 minutes.
Divide the berries between 3 serving dishes. Sprinkle with oat topping.
Serve with a spoonful of greek yogurt on top if you like, only add the extra calories!
