    * Tuna, Canned in Water, 6 oz
    * Cucumber (peeled), .25 cup, sliced
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced
    * *Avacado (half), .5 serving
    * Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
    * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
    * Garlic, 3 cloves
    * Pepper, black, .5 tsp


To make the salad: Layer the tuna, cucumber, tomato, avocado, celery, and lettuce in a decorative glass bowl.

To make the dressing: Mix the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad.
