    2 C Flour
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 to 1/2 cups water


Mix all ingredients till dough forms. Should be elastic and not sticky. Roll out to less than 1/8ths inch thick and cut into desired width strips. Let dry for 15 minutes and then put in boiling water or broth. Cook for 20 minutes or until noodles are done and not doughy.
