    Tofu, soft, .75 cup (1/2" cubes)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Walnuts, .75 cup, chopped


Makes 1 loaf which if cut just right will serve 15.
Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees F. Blend the tofu in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a mixing bowl and beat in the sugar, oil, vanil and bananas. In a different bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. beat everything together, then fold in the walnuts. Pour into a oild or greased loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour.
