These are really great to eat and you can substitute the crab for salmon if you like and substitute chives for regular onions if you like. Egg, fresh, 1 extra large (remove)
1/2 C Panko Bread Crumbs (remove)
Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1/4 C (remove)
Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tbsp (remove)
Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp (remove)
Celery seed, 1 tsp (remove)
Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp (remove)
Hot Pepper Sauce, 4 dashes (remove)
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Butter, unsalted, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix crab, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, chives, mustard, lemon juice, celery seed, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and hot sauce in a large bowl. Form into 6 patties.
Heat oil and butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until the butter stops foaming. Cook the patties until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
