Put water in first in your machine, then add the flour, sugar, cranberries,salt, orange peel and yeast.
This bread is great using the delayed cycle on your bread machine. Otherwise use the basic/white cycle.

Ingredients

    1 cup water, 2 Tbs margarine or butter, 2 1/3 c bread flour, 2/3 c wheat bread flour, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp orange peel, and 21/4 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions

Makes 11/2 lb bread which is 12 slices Just put in your bread machine and enjoy!!
