    PAM or other cooking spray
    1 cup bulgur wheat with soy, dry
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    1 large tomato, chopped
    2 cups water
    2 packets or cubes low sodium instant chicken broth
    seasoning to taste


Spray a pan with cooking spray and stir fry bulgar and onions for about 2-3 minutes or until bulgar starts to brown. Add remaining vegetables and continue stir frying another 2 minutes.

Mix broth packets and any other desired seasons to water. Add water to pan and reduce heat. Simmer covered until water is absorbed (about 10 minutes).
