    Ground Turkey Sausage 1lb
    1 Cup Flour
    1 Tbsp Chili pepper
    a dash of red pepper flakes
    2 Cups Skim Milk
    1/4 Butter


Mix flour and spices in tupperware with lid by shaking
simmer sausage in pan until fully cooked
add butter
after butter completely melted add flour and stir in until there is no flour visible in pan
turn heat on very low and add milk slowly until gravy reaches the right consistency


makes 8 1/2 cup servings

  • Very nice! Spicy! Not the traditional white gravy I am used to, but g-o-o-d! Did use unbleached flour. I was afraid of lower fat being thinner than I wanted, but not the case. If anything, I might have thinned a little more with extra skim milk.
