    1 pound whole wheat spaghetti
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 cup snow peas
    1 cucumber, diced
    4 green onions, sliced
    2 tbsp fresh parsley
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp hot chili oil


cook spaghetti according to package, drain.
In microwave cook snow peas for 2 minutes.
Whisk together sesame oil and soy sauce and toss with spaghetti.
whisk together vinegar, mustard, and chili oil and toss with cucumber and peas and onions.
Toss together the veggies and spaghetti until well mixed.
Enjoy hot or cold.
