    1lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1/2 C Chopped Onion
    1 C Canned Mushrooms
    1/2 C Olive Oil
    1 1/2 C Stewed Tomatoes
    1 1/2 C Canned Tomato Sauce
    3 oz Dry Sherry
    8 oz Whole Wheat/Whole Grain Penne Rigate
    2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
    1 tsp dried Oregeno
    1 tsp dried Basil
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste


Cook pasta as directed on package
Saute onions in oilive oil until tender
Add ground beef and brown
Drain excess fat
Add Mushrooms, tomatoes, and tomato sauce, stir well
Add seasonings
Makes 4 servings
