So yummy alone or on top of yogurt!

    3 cups Oats
    1 tsp margarine
    2 tbsp Stevia
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    Orange, optional


Preheat the oven at 350.

Mix oats, margarine, Truvia, and vanilla. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove and stir. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and squeeze the orange on top, if desired, to add orange flavor!

Return to oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes

Remove and cool

If you want to make bars:

Use one bag of marshmallows and some spray for granola bars. Can add flax, cranberries, etc. Bake at 200 for 10 minutes. (YES, this changes the nutritional values!!)
