Introduction

This is my favorite cookie from my childhood! It is perfect if you cannot eat a cookie made with eggs or milk because it uses neither of the two. This is my favorite cookie from my childhood! It is perfect if you cannot eat a cookie made with eggs or milk because it uses neither of the two.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    24 Packets Truvia

    1-cup canned pumpkin

    1/2 -cup unsalted margarine

    2-cups all purpose flour

    1-teaspoon baking powder

    1-teaspoon baking soda

    1-teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1/4-teaspoon salt

    1/2 -cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. It gets hard to mix and thus, I use my kitchen aid mixer and hand mix in the chocolate chips.


Spoon batter onto greased cookie sheet. Makes 24 cookies.


Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
