    8 Cups Mixed Green Lettuce
    6 packets of 100 calorie crasins
    2 cups sliced almonds
    4 Granny Smith Apples

    1/2 cup Olive Oil
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1/2 cup organic sugar
    2 tbls seaseme seed
    1 tbls Poppy seed
    1/4 tsp Paprika
    1/4 tsp Worstershire sauce

    Makes 15 servings of about 2 cups of salad per serving.


Mix all dry ingredidents together

Mix all ingredients for dressing together.
When ready toss dressing in with dry salad ingredients
