    4 Whole portobello mushroom caps
    1/2 cup low-fat marinara sauce
    1/2 lean turkey, cooked & drained
    1/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
    2 tsp parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350 & wipe mushrooms clean. Place mushroom on baking sheet with stem up - pour the marina over the stem, cover with turkey, garlic & then cheese. Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes. Yumm!
