    2 Cups old fashioned oats
    2 cups buttermilk
    1/2 C flour
    2 Tbs sugar
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp eggs
    2 Tbs butter, melted


Soak oats in buttermilk overnight.

Add dry ingredients to oatmeal the morning you are going to make them. Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy and add to oatmeal mixture. Add melted butter and fry in an electric skillet (345 degree) until done. Batter will be very thick. If too thick, you can thin it with a little more buttermilk. Makes about 16 large pancakes.
