Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup
    2 oz. water
    4 cups torn lettuce
    1 large tomato
    1 avocado, peeled, seeded and cubed
    1 small onion
    1 can sliced olives
    1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1 6 oz. pkg. corn chips

Directions

Brown ground turkey. Sprinkle with soup mix; stir in water. Simmer 10 min. Combine lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, avocado, olives and cheese in salad bowl and toss. Spoon meat on lettuce mixture, top with chips. Serves 4-6.
