Ingredients

    2 3oz pieces of salmon
    4 oz angel hair pasta
    1/2 c. parmasan cheese
    1/2c. half and half
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 tbs unsalted butter
    1/2 c. black olives halved length wise
    1/2 c. canned petite diced tomatoes , rinsed
    1 c. fresh steamed chopped broccoli
    dash of fresh nutmeg
    1 tbs garlic powder
    1 tbs onion powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tbs sweet basil, dried

Directions

Rinse salmon. sprinkle half of garlic, onion, and sweet basil on salmon, add salt and pepper to taste. Sear salmon in non-stick skillet sprayed with nonstick spray until cooked through and crispy on both sides.
Cook pasta according to directions.
In large skillet melt butter. with wisk, wisk in parmasan cheese cook for 1 min stirring continuesly. Slowly add half and half stirring constantly then broth. add rest of garlic, onion, & sweet basil , add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 min stirring constantly. Add olives, tomatoes, and broccoli, heat through. Remove from heat add nutmeg and toss with pasta. Serve with salmon layed on top of pasta mixture.
Serves 2
Can also be served with shrimp or chicken or sausages or crab or pork loins. Only limited by taste preference.
