    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup white flour
    3/4 cup wheat flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1.5 teaspoons baking soda
    1/4 cup butter
    zest of one orange
    1/4 cup flax meal
    1.5 cup instant oatmeal
    1/2 cup pecans
    1/2 cup craisins
    1 cup low fat buttermilk


Pulse the first seven ingredients in a food processor or mix until butter is incorporated into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until wet. Form into triangles and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or 25 minutes on a baking stone.
