    7 ripe bananas
    1-1/3 cup Splenda
    3/4 cup margarine
    2 rounded Tbsp sour cream
    3 eggs
    2-2/3 cups flour
    1-/3 tsp baking soda
    2-2/3 tsp baking powder


1. Mash and mix bananas.
2. Add Splenda, margarine, eggs, and sour cream. Mix well.
3. Sift together dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Mix well.
4. Bake in greased pan at 250-300 degrees for 1 hour
5. Let stand 5 minutes, then remove to rack to cool
6. Slice and store wrapped in plastic wrap or ziplock bag.
Makes about 24 squares
