    Chocolate Cake Batter
    * *Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 2 cup (remove)
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, .66 cup (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Cream Cheese Filling:
    * Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .33 cup (remove)
    * Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup large chips (remove)


Mix the first 8 ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the filling together then fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full. Top each with cream cheese mix. Bake at 350 for 30-35min.
