    1 c. whole wheat rotini (or other whole wheat pasta)
    1 c. grape tomatoes sliced in quarters
    4 oz. mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. balsamic vinaigrette


Prepare pasta as per package. Rinse with cold water
Chop tomatoes and cheese
Combine pasta, tomatoes, and cheese
Add balsamic vinaigrette.
Mix until coated.
Add salt and pepper to taste (optional)
