    7 ounces Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    8 ounces Smart Chicken Fresh Sweet Italian Sausage
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can (15 ounces) Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1/2 cup Philadelphia fat free cream cheese
    1 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


Cook pasta, drain and reserve 1 cup of liquid. Warm oil in skillet, cook onions until soft. Add sausage (casings removed), cook until brown. Add beans & oregano - cook 2 minutes. Add reserved liquid and stir. Add cheese, stir until it melts and resembles a light sauce. Add salt, pepper and hot pasta. Stir until coated.
