Pizza made with fresh mozzarella and a store bought pizza dough Pizza made with fresh mozzarella and a store bought pizza dough
Number of Servings: 4


    1 - 12 oz package of store bought pizza dough
    1/4 of a ball of fresh Mozzarella
    1 medium red tomato sliced
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons of olive oil (optional)


1) Spread the pizza crust into a pan to desired thickness
2) Place the tomato sauce on the crust.
3) Place sliced tomatos over the sauce.
4) Cut the cheese into slices. Break up the cheese slices with your fingers into large chunks and place randomly around the tomatos.
5) Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes. Time depends upon thickness of crust. Watch carefully.
6) Drizzle olive oil over and slice.
7) Enjoy
