    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. white flour
    1 c. old fashioned quick-cooking oatmeal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1/4 t. cinnamon
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. water
    1 large egg
    1 c. blueberries


Combine flours, sugar, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix, oil, water, and egg. Create a well in the dry mix, pour in the wet mix, and stir until just combined. Fold in fresh blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
