Ingredients

2 Chunks of Chicken Tenders or 1 Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed
1/4 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .
1/4 cup, diced Celery, raw, .
1/4 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), .
1 tbsp *Extra Light Olive Oil,
3 cups cooked Vermicelli or Angel Hair Pasta
Fresh or dried herbs to taste.
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted,
1/2 cupKraft Italian Five Cheese Shredded
Directions
Boil Vermicelli for 5 minutes. (low)
Drain & add butter to cooked pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, pour olive oil in pan. Add other ingredients and coat well. Sprinkle with fresh or dried herbs of choice, including black pepper. Do not add sea or table salt.
Cook over medium heat until chicken is done.
When chicken is done and butter is melted in the pasta, add the pasta to the pan of chicken and stir well.
Sprinkle dish with cheese and cover for 5 minutes.
Serves 4.
