    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    2 cans chili style stewed tomatoes
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    6 oz. ground beef
    1/2 c. corn kernels
    3 tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. mexican style cheese


Spray pan with no-stick cooking spray. Cook onions, peppers, and beef until onions translucent and beef done. Add beans, tomatoes, chili powder, corn. Cook over low heat to blend flavors.

In separate pot, boil water and cook elbow macaroni. Drain.

Top macaroni with chili tomato mixture. Top with 1 c. shredded cheese.
