    1 can diced tomatoes no salt added
    1/2 sliced onion
    1/2-1lb flank steak sliced
    3 medium yukon potatoes diced and boiled
    1/2 jalapeno pepper


First off this stuff is sooooo good with tortillas.

Dice and boil the potatoes first, then in separate pan fry the flank steak until browned. Drain the potatoes and add the steak, onion, jalapeno, and tomatoes. Simmer for about 30 miln ENJOY!
