A popsicle with a little zing to it , with vitamin D , and lowfat too!!

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3/4 cup of fat free half and Half
    2 6 0z containers of Dannon light and fit Blueberry yogurt
    1 3oz package of lemon jello (unprepared)
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2/3 cup of boiling water
    1 cup of ice cubes

Directions

Mix boiling water and jello , stir ice cubes for 2 minutes or until jello is the consistency of mayonnaise , discard floating ice cubes .
mix in yogurt and ginger . stir well
divide mixture into the compartments of a popsicle maker !!
Makes 6 regular sized popsicles or 3 paper cup popsicles .
freeze until firm .
run popsicle maker under warm water to loosen

    Very Good
    I love the ginger in it...I was unsure about it at first, but after trying it, I love it! It has a very refreshing zing and is a nice, light dessert. Definitely will make it again! - 5/19/10
