    1 1/2 pd Large Scallops
    1/2 pd tthin sliced turkey bacon
    Extra-virgin Olive Oil
    dash Sea Salt
    Dash Pepper
    1 cup Light Mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Sriracha Hot Chili Pasta
    1 lime juice
    3 tbsp cilantro
    2 heads Bibb lettuce washed
    3 Avocados sliced


Place the bacon around scallops onto baking sheet, brush scallops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Broil for about 10-15 minutes until bacon is cooked. Only turn once.

In a samll bowl mix the mayonnaise, sriracha chili paste, lime juice and 2 tbsp chopped cilanto, stir well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Peel away the lettuce leaves and use as a cup. Place each cup with on cooked scallop, 2 slices of avocado, and a spoonful of spicy mayo. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
