    1 box lemon cake mix
    1 box lemon instant pudding
    4 large eggs
    3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1-12 oz. can of Mountain Dew


Preheat oven to 350. Spray a bundt (tube) cake pan with non stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl until well blended. Pour mix into prepared pan and bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes, then invert cake onto a plate and cool completely.

****I don't particularly care for lemon OR mountain dew, but this cake is awesome!! Very easy and very moist!! Enjoy!!
