    1 box Whole Grain Penne Pasta ( or any other pasta)
    2/3 cup sundried tomatoes
    8oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    3-4 cloves garlice ( i prefer 3)
    1/4 cup fat free sour cream
    1/4 cup margarine


Boil water and pour over the sundried tomatoes, and let sit for 10 min.

Cook the pasta on stove as instructed.

In a food processor coarsely mix the garlic and sundried tomatoes. Then add in the softened cream cheese., and mix well.

In a saucepan heat the margarine and then add in the sundried tomato mix and the sour cream. Heat over a med-low heat and stir occasionally to avoid burning the sauce.

When sauce is ready mix well with the pasta and serve.

Makes 7-8 servings, but this recipe is for 7.

8 servings changes the calories from 361 to 315.
