This is a great low cal low fat recipe and very tasty This is a great low cal low fat recipe and very tasty
Number of Servings: 4


    1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp oil
    4 cups grated zucchini
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp oregano
    4 TBS Parmesan Cheese
    4 eggs beaten
    1/2 cup onion(diced
    1 cup broccoli (thinly sliced)


Brown mushrooms, broccoli and onion in the tsp of oil. Then mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread in baking dish. I prefer to spread it very thinly, so I use a baking pan and spray it with PAM. I its two thick it can become watery.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
