    5 Chicken Thighs (Skin Removed)
    Garlic Powder to taste
    1 Small Jar Salsa
    2 Bunches Broccoli (Cleaned and Cut)


Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking dish and lay in chicken. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Put pieces of broccoli, stem down all around chicken thighs. Pour salsa on each thigh, then fill jar with water and pour over entire contents. Cover with foil. Poke some holes in foil and bake on top rack for app. 45 min or until chicken appears done. Makes 5 servings.
