    4 very ripe medium bananas
    1/3 cup maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    pinch salt


1. Peel bananas and place in large self-sealing plastic bag; freeze overnight or until very firm.
2. Slice frozen bananas. In food processor with knife blade attached, process bananas, syrup, vanilla and salt until creamy, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
