Ingredients

    4 bonless pork chops
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 medium chopped onion
    1tbsp vegetable oil
    1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup (Now I'm sure you can get reduced fat/sodium if you want to)
    1/4 cup water
    3 tbsp soy souce
    1 tbsp honey
    2 cups cooked white rice (I used Uncle Ben's 10 minute instant long grain brown rice). Whatever you like

Directions

Season chops with garlic powder (and some pepper)
Heat oil in skillet. Ads chops and cook until browned. Add onion
Add soup, water, soy sauce, and honey. Heat to a boil Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done

Serve with Rice (What I did was put the sauce mixture cause.....it thinkens a bit...)....all over the pork chops, and rice) Very tasty.... Made green beans for a side

    We unfortunately realized after beginning to cook that we were both incorrect in thinking we had soy sauce. Without it, we ended up adding a little worchestershire (just a couple splashes) and it was just alright that way. But my FH isn't a fan of pork chops at all, I enjoyed them more than he did. - 3/1/11
