    Fresh Tomatoes, 4 large
    Green onions or chives
    Parsley, preferably flat Italian
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Red wine or Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 or 1/2 or dash of Tobasco


Chop the tomatoes by hand, a fine dice is nice. Chop as many green onions and as much parsley as you like, more is better. Add the finely diced hot pepper or hot sauce and oil and vinegar and toss. Best eaten within a few hours of making as it gets rather wilted and sad by the next day.
