Introduction
The best Lamb meet balls ever, and they're so easy to make The best Lamb meet balls ever, and they're so easy to makeNumber of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
Vegetable oil
Prep time is minimal but mixture needs a half hour in the fridge to cool so making the meat balls is easier.
Directions
Makes around 30 meat balls
Put the lamb into a bowl and add the sping onions. Sprinkle over the spices, salt and breadcrumbs, and then beat the egg, adding to the bowl. Mix together thoroughly, and then cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refridgerator for half an hour.
Scoop out a teaspoon of the mixture. Roll in your hands to form meatballs.
Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the meatballs in batches without overcrowding the pan. Cook them until golden brown all over. Serve with a green salad and rice. I also make some taziki which i think really complements the meat balls.
Enjoy!
