Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Box Hill Country Fare Yellow Moist Cake Mix
    1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 whole egg
    4 egg whites
    1 1/3 cup water

Directions

Mix all ingredients with mixer for 2 min.
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam and flour bottom and sides, lightly.
Bake at 350* for 32 min.
Cool for 5 min in pan and then turn out onto serving plate.
