    1 scoop vanilla flavored Soy Protein Powder (PC brand)
    0.5 cup 1% milk
    1.25 cups frozen mixed berries
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 cup ice


Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Can add water if too chunky.

Makes one VERY LARGE serving
