Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef or sirloin
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 beaten egg
    1 16 oz can tomato sauce
    6 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes, crunched up
    Salt & pepper

Directions

Season ground beef, mix all ingredients, form into a loaf in a square or rectangle greased glass pan.

Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. Cool and serve.

Makes 8-10 servings (cut into squares)
