    1 3/4 lb Fresh Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
    1 Can (14.5 oz) Chicken Broth
    1/2 pk of Good Seasons Italian All Natural Dry Salad Dressing Mix
    1 Can (14.5 oz) Stewed Tomatoes
    1 Can (6 oz) Tomato Sauce
    3/4 Cup Chopped Mixed Color Bell Peppers (Green, Yellow, Red).
    1 Medium Chopped Onion (approx 1/2 Cup)
    1 Large Zuchini (approx 3 cups sliced or cubed)
    1 tsp Garlic (Chopped)
    1/2 tbl Basil (dry)
    1/2 tbl Oregano (dry)
    Salt (to taste)
    Pepper (to taste)


Cook Cubed Chicken, Broth and Italian Mix for about 30-45 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook another 30-45 minutes until tender. Serve over pasta or as a dish by itself.
