Ingredients

    4 medium tomatoes, cut into large chunks
    2 large cucumbers, peeled, cut into large chunks
    1.5 medium sweet onion, cut into chunks
    1 cup apple cider vinegar
    2 tbls. Blue Agave Nectar
    1 tbsp. salt
    2 tbsp. pepper (to taste)
    2 tbsp dill (to taste)
    other spices to taste

Directions

1. cut all veggies into large chunks.
2. put in large shallow plastic container
3. mix vinegar, agave sweetener, and oil.
4. pour over veggie
5. sprinkle salt and spices over, mix.
6. add garbanzo beans (one can, drained and rinsed)
7. chill overnight.
