    2 Zuchini - medium, sliced
    2 Yellow Squah - medium, sliced
    2 small onions - sliced
    1 Bunch of Broccili Crowns
    3 tbl - Olive Oil
    2-3 tbl garlic powder (also can use several garlic cloves)
    2-3 tbl all purpose seasoning - no salt added
    2 tbl sea salt
    2 tbl pepper
    1/4 cup Parmesean Cheese


Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Slice all veggies and put into a 9x13 baking dish (or larger - it will cook faster)
Spinkle with garlic powder, seasoning, salt and pepper
drizzle with olive oil
Mix the veggies until all are coated.
loosely cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, remove foil and sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
