    - 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
    - 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    - 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
    - seasoned salt
    - pepper
    - 1/4 cup milk


- Preheat oven to 425*
- In shallow bowl, mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, and pepper (other seasonings to taste)
- Dip zucchini slices in milk, then into bread crumb mixture.
- Place oven-safe wire rack on cookie sheet. Lay coated slices on cookie sheet.
- Bake until browned and crisp, or about 30 minutes, depending on thickness of slices.

Makes about 3 to 4 servings (depending on size of zucchini. I used a good-sized zucchini and had about 4 servings.
