Ingredients

    3 fillets ocean perch
    minced garlic
    dried basil
    dried dill
    paprika (or oregano)
    olive oil sparay
    lemon juice.

Directions

place perch on baking pan, skin side down
sprinkle lightly with herbs and lemon juice
spray lightly with oil
bake 15 minutes at 500 degrees.

good warm and cold. goes well with brown rice with turmeric and string beans with tomatoes.

    Very Good
    This was good, not outstanding, I think too many different herbs, I think I would leave out the paprika next time, and use either basil or dill. I could see that fresh herbs might give it that extra zing. - 4/8/17
